永動創意工作室（以下簡稱「本工作室」）非常重視您的隱私。本政策適用於本工作室開發與發布的所有行動應用程式（以下簡稱「本應用程式」），包括但不限於：拍拍背、圖書館助手、QR Code 工具、手寫生字快查、Nido Player、英語時態速學、數學遊樂園、Super Volume Up - EQ Master。

一、資料蒐集

本應用程式可能蒐集以下類型的資料：

• 裝置資訊：作業系統版本、裝置型號等，用於改善應用程式相容性。
• 使用資料：應用程式內的操作記錄（如功能使用頻率），用於改善使用體驗。
• 相機與相簿存取：部分應用程式需使用相機或相簿以提供核心功能（如拍照辨識、QR Code 掃描），僅在您授權後使用，影像資料不會上傳至外部伺服器。
• 麥克風存取：「拍拍背」使用裝置麥克風進行語音辨識與發音練習功能。語音資料僅在裝置本機處理，不會上傳至任何伺服器。此權限僅在您授權後啟用。
• 位置資訊：「圖書館助手」使用裝置定位功能，協助查詢鄰近圖書館；「QR Code 工具」可選擇性記錄掃描地點的城市／區域。位置資料僅在裝置本機使用，不會上傳至外部伺服器，且可隨時關閉。此權限僅在您授權後啟用。

本應用程式不會蒐集您的姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼或其他個人身分識別資訊，除非您主動提供。

二、資料使用

所蒐集之資料僅用於以下目的：

• 提供、維護及改善應用程式功能
• 分析使用趨勢以優化使用者體驗
• 偵測與修正技術問題

三、第三方服務

本應用程式可能整合以下第三方服務，這些服務有各自的隱私權政策。並非所有應用程式皆使用以下全部服務，實際整合項目依各應用程式而異：

• Google AdMob：用於顯示廣告，可能蒐集廣告識別碼及使用資料。詳情請參閱 Google 隱私權政策。針對目標對象包含兒童之應用程式（如：手寫生字快查），我們僅請求符合兒童導向規範的廣告，不會蒐集兒童的個人化廣告資料。
• 金石堂書店連結（書籍導購）：「圖書館助手」的搜尋結果頁會提供連結至金石堂網路書店，方便您在圖書館無館藏時購買書籍。點擊連結後將以裝置瀏覽器開啟金石堂搜尋頁面，本工作室不會經手任何交易，亦不會接收您的購買資料或個人身分資訊。
  
  此連結透過 Affiliates.One 聯盟行銷平台追蹤，若您經由此連結完成購買，本工作室可能獲得金石堂提供的少量回饋金；此回饋金與您的個人身分無關，平台僅紀錄匿名點擊與成交資料。金石堂之資料處理請參閱 金石堂隱私權政策。

四、資料儲存與安全

本應用程式產生的使用者資料優先儲存於您的裝置本機。本工作室採取合理的技術措施保護資料安全，但無法保證網際網路傳輸的絕對安全性。

五、兒童隱私

永動創意工作室旗下之部分應用程式（如：QR Code 工具、拍拍背）並非針對未滿 13 歲之兒童設計。

然針對目標對象包含兒童之教育類應用程式（如：手寫生字快查），我們嚴格遵守相關兒童隱私保護法規與 Google Play《家庭計畫政策》。我們絕對不會蒐集、儲存、要求或分享未滿 13 歲兒童的任何個人身分識別資訊（包含精確位置、裝置識別碼等）。

若您身為家長或監護人，並發現有兒童在未經同意下提供了個人資料，請立即透過 iqooalex@gmail.com 與我們聯絡，我們將會迅速刪除相關資訊。

六、您的權利

您可以隨時：

• 透過裝置設定撤銷應用程式的權限（如相機、相簿、麥克風、位置）
• 移除應用程式以刪除本機儲存的所有資料
• 聯絡本工作室（iqooalex@gmail.com）要求刪除任何與您相關的資料

七、政策變更

本工作室保留隨時修訂本政策之權利。修訂後的政策將公布於本頁面，並更新「最後更新日期」。建議您定期查閱本政策。

八、Nido Player 專項說明

Nido Player 是一款本機影音播放器，可連接使用者自有的區域網路 NAS（SMB 通訊協定）播放影片。其隱私特性如下：

• 廣告：Nido Player 透過 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。為投放與衡量廣告成效，Google 及其合作夥伴可能蒐集裝置識別碼（包含廣告 ID）及應用程式使用資料。位於 EEA/UK 的使用者在個人化廣告投放前會看到同意提示，且可隨時管理同意設定。詳情請參閱 Google 廣告政策。
• 不蒐集其他個人資料：除廣告 SDK 外，我們不蒐集、不上傳、不分享您的姓名、電子郵件、電話、位置或聯絡人。
• 不存取您的檔案內容：App 僅在裝置本機讀取並播放您的影片，不會修改、刪除或上傳任何檔案。您的影片檔案、播放記錄及設定僅儲存於您的裝置，不會上傳至我方伺服器。
• 權限：使用 READ_MEDIA_VIDEO（Android 12 以下退回讀取儲存空間權限）以列出並播放裝置上的影片；Android 14 起支援「僅允許部分影片」的部分授權。
• 網路用途：INTERNET 權限用於（1）連接您主動設定的區網 NAS（SMB），以及（2）向 Google AdMob 請求廣告。除此之外不會傳送任何資料。
• SMB 連線資訊：您輸入的 NAS 位址、帳號與密碼僅儲存在裝置本機 App 私有空間，不會離開您的裝置。
• 不使用相機、麥克風或定位服務。

九、英語時態速學專項說明

英語時態速學（Verb Tenses）是一款英文時態學習工具，所有學習資料（排行榜、收藏、闖關紀錄、錯題本、設定）皆僅儲存於使用者裝置本機，無帳號、不需登入，也不會上傳至任何伺服器。

• 廣告：本 App 透過 Google AdMob 顯示廣告（底部橫幅及獎勵式影片）。AdMob 可能蒐集裝置識別碼（含廣告 ID）及應用程式使用資料以投放及評估廣告。詳情請參閱第三條通用說明及 Google 廣告政策。
• 不蒐集其他個人資料：除廣告 SDK 外，我們不蒐集、不上傳、不分享您的姓名、電子郵件、電話、位置或聯絡人。
• 權限：INTERNET 及 ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE 僅用於載入 AdMob 廣告；VIBRATE 用於答題與翻牌的震動回饋。
• 不使用相機、麥克風、定位或儲存空間。

十、數學遊樂園專項說明

數學遊樂園（Math Arcade）是一款供家庭與一般使用者遊玩的數學遊戲。遊戲內暱稱、成績、星星、貼紙、成就與各項設定皆僅儲存於使用者裝置本機，無帳號、不需登入，也不會上傳至任何伺服器。移除本遊戲即會一併刪除上述本機資料。

• 廣告：本遊戲透過 Google AdMob 顯示橫幅廣告與獎勵式廣告。AdMob 可能蒐集裝置廣告識別碼及概略的裝置與使用資訊（如裝置型號、作業系統版本、大略地區）。在適用地區（如歐洲經濟區），本遊戲會透過 Google 使用者訊息平台（UMP）於首次啟動時徵詢廣告同意。詳情請參閱第三條通用說明及 Google 廣告政策。
• 不蒐集其他個人資料：不要求註冊或登入帳號。除廣告 SDK 外，我們不蒐集、不上傳、不分享您的姓名、電子郵件、電話、位置或聯絡人。遊戲內暱稱僅存本機。
• 不使用相機、麥克風、定位或儲存空間。

十一、Super Volume Up - EQ Master 專項說明

Super Volume Up - EQ Master 是一款音量增益與等化器工具。所有音訊處理（音量增益、等化器、低音強化、環繞音效）皆在裝置上即時完成，不會離開裝置。App 內設定（增益百分比、等化器曲線、自訂預設）僅儲存於裝置本機，無帳號、不需註冊，解除安裝即刪除所有本機設定。

• 廣告：本 App 透過 Google AdMob 投放廣告（橫幅、插頁及插頁式獎勵廣告）。AdMob 可能蒐集裝置廣告識別碼及概略的裝置與網路資訊（如裝置型號、作業系統版本、IP 推斷的概略地區）。EEA/UK 使用者會看到同意管理表單，並可隨時於 App 內「選單 → 關於 → 廣告隱私選項」重新查看或撤回同意。詳情請參閱第三條通用說明及 Google 廣告政策。
• 麥克風權限：僅在使用者主動執行「裝置檢測」時，透過 Android Visualizer 讀取輸出音量大小，以判斷裝置是否支援增益。不會錄音、不會儲存、不會傳送任何聲音資料。
• 其他權限：音訊設定（掛載系統等化器與增益）、前景服務（背景持續運作）、通知（顯示增益狀態）、震動（觸覺回饋）、上層顯示（懸浮音量球）、網路（僅供廣告服務）。各權限僅用於其字面用途。
• 不蒐集其他個人資料：除廣告 SDK 外，我們不蒐集、不上傳、不分享您的任何個人資料。

Privacy Policy

Perpetual Motion Creative Studio ("we", "our") values your privacy. This policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by us, including but not limited to: PaiPaiBei (拍拍背), Library Assistant, QR Code Tool, Handwriting Radical Lookup (手寫生字快查), Nido Player, Verb Tenses (英語時態速學), Math Arcade (數學遊樂園), and Super Volume Up - EQ Master.

1. Data Collection

Our applications may collect the following types of data:

• Device information: OS version, device model, etc., used to improve app compatibility.
• Usage data: In-app activity records (e.g., feature usage frequency) to improve user experience.
• Camera and photo library access: Some apps require camera or photo library access for core features (e.g., photo recognition, QR code scanning). Used only with your permission; image data is not uploaded to external servers.
• Microphone access: PaiPaiBei (拍拍背) uses the device microphone for speech recognition and pronunciation practice. Audio data is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server. This permission is only activated with your authorization.
• Location information: Library Assistant uses device location services to help users find nearby libraries; QR Code Tool can optionally record the city/district of a scan location. Location data is used locally on the device, is not uploaded to external servers, and can be disabled at any time. This permission is only activated with your authorization.

Our applications do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it.

2. Use of Data

Collected data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving app functionality
• Analyzing usage trends to optimize user experience
• Detecting and fixing technical issues

3. Third-Party Services

Our applications may integrate the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies. Not all apps use all services listed below; actual integrations vary by app:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements; may collect advertising identifiers and usage data. See Google Privacy Policy. For applications directed at children (e.g., Handwriting Radical Lookup), we only request child-directed ad treatment and do not collect personalized advertising data from children.
• Kingstone Bookstore Links (Book Referrals): Library Assistant provides links to the Kingstone online bookstore in search results, allowing you to purchase books when they are unavailable at the library. Clicking these links opens the Kingstone search page in your device's browser. We do not process any transactions or receive your purchase data or personally identifiable information.
  
  These links are tracked through the Affiliates.One affiliate marketing platform. If you complete a purchase through these links, we may receive a small referral commission from Kingstone. This commission is not linked to your personal identity; the platform only records anonymous click and transaction data. For Kingstone's data practices, please refer to Kingstone's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

User data generated by our apps is primarily stored locally on your device. We take reasonable technical measures to protect data security but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.

5. Children's Privacy

Some of our applications (e.g., QR Code Tool, PaiPaiBei) are not directed at children under 13.

For our educational applications that include children in their target audience (e.g., Handwriting Radical Lookup), we strictly adhere to children's privacy laws and the Google Play Families Policy. We do not collect, store, request, or share any personally identifiable information (including precise location, device IDs, etc.) from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without consent, please contact us immediately at iqooalex@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Revoke app permissions (e.g., camera, photo library, microphone, location) through your device settings
• Uninstall the app to delete all locally stored data
• Contact us at iqooalex@gmail.com to request deletion of any data associated with you

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time. Revised policies will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.

8. Nido Player — Specific Disclosures

Nido Player is an on-device media player that connects to your own local-network NAS (via the SMB protocol) to play videos. Its privacy characteristics are as follows:

• Advertising: Nido Player displays ads through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect device identifiers (including the advertising ID) and app-usage data. For users in the EEA/UK, a consent prompt is shown before personalized ads are served, and consent can be managed at any time. See Google's ad policies.
• No other personal data collected: apart from the ad SDK, we do not collect, upload, or share your name, email, phone number, location, or contacts.
• No access to your file contents: the app only reads and plays your videos locally; it never modifies, deletes, or uploads any file. Your video files, playback history, and settings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
• Permissions: uses READ_MEDIA_VIDEO (falling back to storage read permission on Android 12 and below) to list and play videos on your device; partial access ("selected videos only") is supported on Android 14+.
• Network use: the INTERNET permission is used to (1) connect to a local-network NAS (SMB) that you set up, and (2) request ads from Google AdMob. No other data is transmitted.
• SMB connection details: the NAS address, username, and password you enter are stored only in the app's private storage on your device and never leave it.
• Not used: camera, microphone, or location services.

9. Verb Tenses (英語時態速學) — Specific Disclosures

Verb Tenses is an English tense learning tool. All learning data (leaderboard, bookmarks, quiz history, mistakes book, and settings) is stored solely on the user's device — no account, no sign-in, nothing uploaded to any server.

• Advertising: The app displays ads through Google AdMob (bottom banner and rewarded video). AdMob may collect device identifiers (including the advertising ID) and app-usage data to deliver and measure ads. See Section 3 and Google's ad policies.
• No other personal data collected: apart from the ad SDK, we do not collect, upload, or share your name, email, phone number, location, or contacts.
• Permissions: INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE are used solely for loading AdMob ads; VIBRATE provides haptic feedback on answers and card flips.
• Not used: camera, microphone, location, or storage.

10. Math Arcade (數學遊樂園) — Specific Disclosures

Math Arcade is a math game designed for families and general users. In-game nicknames, scores, stars, stickers, achievements, and settings are stored solely on the user's device — no account, no sign-in, nothing uploaded to any server. Uninstalling the game deletes all local data.

• Advertising: The game displays banner and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the device's advertising ID and approximate device/usage information (e.g., device model, OS version, approximate region). In applicable regions (e.g., EEA), the game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request ad consent on first launch. See Section 3 and Google's ad policies.
• No other personal data collected: no registration or sign-in required. Apart from the ad SDK, we do not collect, upload, or share your name, email, phone number, location, or contacts. In-game nicknames are stored locally only.
• Not used: camera, microphone, location, or storage.

11. Super Volume Up - EQ Master — Specific Disclosures

Super Volume Up - EQ Master is a volume booster and equalizer tool. All audio processing (volume gain, equalizer, bass boost, virtualizer) happens in real time on your device and never leaves it. In-app settings (gain percentage, EQ curves, custom presets) are stored locally only — no account, no registration; uninstalling removes all local settings.

• Advertising: The app serves ads through Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded interstitial). AdMob may collect the device's advertising ID and approximate device/network information (e.g., device model, OS version, approximate region inferred from IP). EEA/UK users are shown a consent form, and consent can be reviewed or withdrawn anytime via Menu → About → Ad privacy options. See Section 3 and Google's ad policies.
• Microphone permission: used only when the user actively runs "Device Check" — the app reads output volume levels via Android's Visualizer to determine whether the device supports gain. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
• Other permissions: audio settings (system equalizer and gain), foreground service (keeps effects running in background), notifications (shows gain status), vibration (haptic feedback), display over other apps (floating volume ball), network (ad serving only). Each permission is used solely for its literal purpose.
• No other personal data collected: apart from the ad SDK, we do not collect, upload, or share any of your personal data.
